At DoppleNet, we strive to provide reliable managed redundant connectivity solutions and in doing so, we expect our users to adhere to certain standards of conduct to ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by this appropriate use policy which is in place to protect both our network and our customers from harm or legal repercussions.

You must not use the services provided by DoppleNet to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or gambling in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited. Furthermore, the services must not be used to transmit or store any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or any material that is deemed threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable laws.

We prohibit the use of our services to send unsolicited communication, commonly known as spam, as it not only degrades the service for other users but also puts our network at risk of being blocked by other service providers. Additionally, activities that are likely to be disruptive or damaging to the service, network, or any other user's enjoyment of the services, such as distributing viruses or other harmful code, are strictly forbidden.

The integrity and security of the network are paramount, and as such, you are prohibited from unauthorized access, interference, or monitoring of the network or network traffic. This includes attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network.

Network resources should be used responsibly; excessive consumption of bandwidth that negatively impacts other customers or the performance of DoppleNet services is not permitted. We reserve the right to take action to ensure fair usage and may implement technical measures to prevent overuse or to prioritize traffic.

We respect the privacy of all users and expect you to do the same. Any use of the services to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is against our policy.

This policy is subject to change, and we expect you to comply with the current version at all times. Failure to adhere to this appropriate use policy may result in suspension or termination of your services with DoppleNet. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the services is compliant with this policy and to use the services in a manner that reflects the ethos of responsible and considerate Internet citizenship.
