DoppleNet is available in multiple service levels. All services include continous monitoring and white-glove outage resolution assistance. Some plans offer same-day on-site service.

When your DoppleNet setup kit arrives, it includes step-by-step installation instructions. On-site installation assistance includes in some plans and available in some areas. If you need any help, the DoppleNet NOC is just a phone call away.

Once installed and tested, your network is continously monitored by the DoppleNet NOC, who will ensure that your network is up and running. If any outage happens, we will work to proactively identify and resolve the issue before it causes a business disruption.
